We will provide you with a full refund in the event that we shipped the wrong shirt, wrong size, or that the shirt was damaged. If this is case, we will also refund your shipping costs. For request of refund that is not our error, we will only provide refund if the shirt has been unworn, unwashed, and that the tags are still attached. We do not refund shipping cost. If you received free shipping, the shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund. For an exchange request, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the shirt back as well as the cost of shipping the new shirt. We cannot ship you the new shirt until we've received the original shirt.
